What we are looking for

Pitch stories about ingredients, cooking craft, food history, food culture or everyday food choices. We are especially interested in evergreen ideas that explain how something works, compare meaningful options or place a familiar food in context.

A strong pitch

Tell us the central question, the answer or angle you expect to explore, why it suits Brilliant Food Journal and what information will support it. Include a brief outline and any relevant writing samples you wish to share. Avoid pitches that depend on unsupported health promises, undisclosed promotion or a personal story presented as universal proof.
